NWR are advocates of the ramen community, championing collaboration and shared knowledge as key to growing ramen in the UK.

The ramen takeover series invites chefs and venues at the forefront of this ramen scene to take over the NWR kitchen, bringing the best ramen from all over the UK to Manchester for the first time.

These one off events will showcase new and emerging ramen styles, and an insight into the new wave of ramen.

Ramen fans can reserve their bowls before the event with a deposit, to be redeemed on the day of the event. Menus will be released through social media in the run up to each event, with new guest chefs announced regularly.

Bowls will also be available for walk-ins on the day, but will be subject to availability, so book early to avoid disspointment.
